Has September flown by for anyone else? Looking back on this month, it has been a whirlwind. I know for us personally it has been fun an exciting, but a little chaotic. September has been a month of change in the Roberts’ household. Not the least of which, has been to this blog.
Ever since I started Wonderstruck Life in January, I have wanted so badly to dive into the life+style world of blogging. Yet I was really intimidated by it, truthfully. This month though I decided to be brave and give it a try. Things have gone much more smoothly than I was expecting. I am really liking it too. Literally having so much fun! I guess that’s the thing about taking a leap of faith and stepping out of your comfort zone. Blogging about fashion and taking pictures in clothes is WAY outside of my comfort zone. I prefer to be behind the camera, not in front of it. However as I have decided to venture into this unknown realm I find a deep satisfaction. Probably because our callings live outside of our comfort zones.
September has been a big month of breakthrough for me personally as my hormones have finally settled down. This year since Bella’s birth has been incredibly hard on me physically, with a lot of obstacles to jump over and move around. I’ll be writing a blog post about it within the next couple of weeks. Finally there has been progress. It can be frustrating to work hard at something and not see any results – especially when that something concerns your health. Oh it is so sweet though, when breakthrough finally starts to occur.
Here is my September IG round-up. These are all of the highlights. I’ve linked all the outfits I’m wearing, or at least similar versions if they are out of stock.
Big news everyone! @willroberts014, Bella, and I are moving to Atlanta! Over the past few months we have had tremendous opportunities come our way from there and after thinking and praying about it for quite a while we have decided to become southerners. • • • Super excited to actually experience real seasons. I've only ever lived in the desert (LA and then Phoenix) so I've literally never seen a real fall. Guys… I'm freaking out. Cannot wait! • • • Anyway would really appreciate prayers and good vibes as we start our new journey in Georgia. Also, native Atlantans or fans of Atlanta… what are some of your favorite things to do over there?! Would love some recommendations! #FindingBeautyInEverydayLife #WonderstruckLife
It's amazing how powerful finding your groove can be. The past few months I have been wiggling and figuring out fully what I want my blog to look like and I'm starting to get a picture of it now. I'm finding topics that I'm passionate about and ones that I'm not. It's surprised me. But that's he key to any kind of success. Just start. The dream will evolve as it should, but it can't do it unless you start. #FindingBeautyInEverydayLife #WonderstruckLife
