I get asked all the time how I stay so encouraged. How am I able to never let my circumstances keep me down? Truth be told the answer is simple. I pray… a lot… every day. That’s the big thing. The other thing I do is surround myself with encouraging things. I refuse to allow negativity stay in my life. Granted, I don’t ignore the negativity. I choose to acknowledge it and move to change it. It doesn’t get to stay. It has no home in my life.

One of my favorite ways to stay encouraged and get my motivational juices moving and flowing is quotes. Oh yes, dear friends. Quotes. I love quotes. So much so that when I was in high school I created a wall of quotes in my room so that whenever I needed encouragement all I had to do was look up. It totally worked too! Since then I have grown-up in the way I read my quotes, i.e. I have a note on my phone.

I check it regularly. The power of words, y’all. It’s real. I’m telling you. What you focus on increases. So I choose to focus on encouraging things, and I stay encouraged. Mind blowing right?! Ha! Anyway, here is a list of 100 amazingly, encouraging quotes.
